**We are animal-friendly!**
▪️Hamlet Park is animal-friendly with a 25lbs weight limit on upstairs apartment homes. Downstairs apartment homes have no weight limit. Up to two animals per home. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids. All vaccination records for the animal(s) must be kept current and provided to the office. **Utilities**
▪️Residents establish electric service through Entergy. Water, sewer, and trash are billed by the community. Renters insurance is required.

**Leasing Information**
▪️Leases must be signed within 3 days of approval.
▪️Homes can be held for up to 14 days after approval. (Homes with specials can only be held for up to 3 days after approval.)
▪️No security deposit required!
▪️Lease terms vary based on availability. (Example 13 to 18 months)
▪️Move-ins on or after the 22nd require prorated rent plus the following month's rent at move-in.
