**We are animal-friendly!**

Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids. All vaccination records for the animal(s) must be kept current and provided to the office. **Utilities**
▪️Residents establish electric service through Entergy and water service through the City of Beaumont. Trash is billed at $15 per month with rent. Renters insurance is required.

**Leasing Information**
▪️Leases must be signed within 3 days of approval.
▪️Homes can be held for up to 14 days after approval. (Homes with specials can only be held for up to 3 days after approval.)
▪️No security deposit required!
▪️Lease terms vary based on availability. (Example 13 to 18 months)
▪️Move-ins on or after the 22nd require prorated rent plus the following month's rent at move-in.
