Cable and internet services through ATT or Spectrum. We do require all of our residents to carry a renters Insurance policy, and you can choose any company you like. Water/trash and sewer are billed to you by us, and you will pay with your monthly rent. Another great amenity is that each unit does come with one assigned covered parking spot per unit opposite of the buildings. All others with extra cars or guests are welcome to park in the opened guest areas.
Have a pet? No problem. Hamlet Park is pet-friendly! No aggressive breeds allowed and with no weight limit on the first floor and a 25 lbs weight limit for the second-floor units. Restricted Breed List/Community Rules for Pets: Grassano Properties Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull Rottweiler Doberman Pincher Wolf Hybrid. No more than 2 pets are allowed per unit. Our resident online portal helps keep your home life streamlined and simple. There is an app that is easy to install on your smart phone so that you are in control of your financials as well.
All leases must be signed within three days of application approval. We have a no deposit required system and can only hold an apartment home with an approved application for 14 days from approval date. All applicants must take possession of the apartment home within that timeframe.
We are also on a lease griding system that only allows a certain number of leases each month. For example, we may not have a 12-month option open. For example, we may have anywhere from 14-18 month-lease options to sign.
