All homes are electric and have central heating and air...just one quick call or online request to Xcel Energy for electricity set up! You will pay Windmill for water, sewer, gas and trash monthly with your rent and our Management team will set this part up for you!

Cable services are provided by AT&T, Vexus or Optimum so you can choose the provider and plan that fits your needs!

You may also visit us online and complete an application, upload your driver’s license and proof of income and pay your fees to get the application process started! Paying the application and administration fee online will require a debit or credit card. Grassano communities do not charge move in deposits!!
